2008 Benno

Price: $90.00
2008 Benno"

Andrew became a big fan of blending Mataro in with Shiraz while working in France.  Mataro is a dark and brooding varietal and when blended with Shiraz produces a   distinctively masculine element to the wine. Benno is aged 24 months in American oak barrels. A full bodied, rich and robust wine with a hint of exotic spice and a lingering finish crafted to honour Andrew’s great, great grandfather.

Varietal Composition 51% Shiraz 49% Mataro

Aging 22 months in new & old American
