The evening saw MSV receive Gold for the 2009 Viognier Marsanne and the
Vinpac International Trophy (Best Varietal Grenache) for the 2006 Rare Grenache.

The Rare Grenache is a wine that you may not know much about. In any given year, Andrew plays around with various grape varieties exploring and ‘fine tuning’ his wine making craft. If at the end of it all a wine stands out we will label it as its own beast. The Rare Grenache from 2006 is one of those wines. Initially released only to the Tasting Room, it is a wine that has matured gracefully and continues to drink very well.

We invite you to join us in our celebrations as a valued wine club member by offering to you the opportunity to purchase the trophy winning Rare Grenache.
